Job summary

CVS Health in the United States is hiring Pharmacy Technicians to support our pharmacy teams, ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment, and deliver compassionate service that enhances patient experiences. This role requires completion of training and licensing per state guidelines, and may involve immunization support under supervision.

You’ll work full-time in retail stores, follow SOPs, assist with inventory, and participate in a team that values safety, inclusivity, and growth.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements or laws governing pharmacy practice.
• If the state board does not address age, must be at least 16 years old.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Assist customers and patients with empathy and care at pick-up, drive-thru, or over the phone.
• Support inventory activities and assist with cycle counts and stock management.
• Remain flexible for scheduling and travel to stores in the market as needed.
• Comply with all laws, regulations, and CVS policies to ensure patient safety and privacy.
• Deliver other health care services such as immunizations where trained and allowed.
