Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Follow SOPs at each workstation to ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic patient service at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Assist with inventory tasks and cycle counts as directed by leadership.
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and CVS policies.
