Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent, or be actively enrolled in high school or high school equivalency program
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe
• Attention and focus: concentrate on a task and pivot as needed to meet patient and business needs
• Customer service and team orientation: help people in a friendly manner and respond to patient needs
• Communication: clear verbal and written interaction with patients and colleagues
• Math and numeracy: calculate dosage and inventory requirements
• Follow SOPs to ensure patient safety and accurate dispensing
• Adapt to scheduling and business needs while maintaining a safe, inclusive team environment
