Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Concentrate on a task over a period of time and pivot between tasks as needed to meet patient and business needs.
• Confirm prescription information and label accuracy to ensure patient safety.
• Provide empathetic customer service and assist patients at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone.
