CVS Health is hiring a Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacy teams in delivering efficient and compassionate service in-store. You will help ensure prescriptions are filled safely, accurately, and on time while following SOPs and state licensing requirements.

Responsibilities include immunization support, patient communication, and basic inventory. The role requires interaction with diverse customers and adherence to safety, privacy, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy.
• If the state board does not mandate a minimum age, candidate must be at least 16.
• If no educational requirement is stated, must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to help Pharmacists manage patient health.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Assist patients with empathy and create a positive experience across pickup, drive‑thru, and calls.
• Complete basic inventory activities and assist with stock management as directed.
• Be flexible with scheduling and travel to stores in the market as needed.
