Responsibilities

• Support the pharmacy team to ensure pharmacy operations run smoothly and prescriptions are filled accurately.
• Assist patients and customers to provide an exceptional experience at pick-up, drive-thru, or over the phone.
• Adhere to SOPs and safety requirements; maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Perform basic inventory tasks and assist with receiving deliveries and stock management.
• Travel to stores within the market as needed to support business needs.
