The role involves following SOPs, assisting with immunizations and point-of-care tasks where allowed, maintaining inventory, and working weekends as needed to ensure excellent patient experiences across the market. Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements for pharmacy practice.
• Minimum age and education requirements per state board.
• State licensure and national certification vary by state.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to follow SOPs and pharmacy workflow.
• Physical ability to lift up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacy team to ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Support immunizations and point-of-care services where allowed.
• Maintain inventory, cycle counts, returns-to-stocks, and stock room organization.
• Provide empathetic patient service at pickup, drive-thru, and phone.
• Travel to stores in the market as needed to cover shifts.
• Adhere to laws, HIPAA, CVS policies, and safety standards.
