Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy operations in our retail stores. You will help ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment, assist customers, and contribute to a caring, compliant patient experience.

The role requires compliance with state boards and CVS policies, a high school diploma or equivalent, and may involve travel across stores in the market. Typical duties include inventory and immunization support where permitted.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or actively enrolled in high school or equivalency program.

Responsibilities

• Regular attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Follow SOPs to ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic customer service and assist patients at pick-up and drive-thru.
• Support inventory activities and store-level operations.
• Be flexible to travel to other stores in the market as needed.
• Comply with federal, state and local laws and CVS policies to protect patient privacy and safety.
• Assist with immunizations and other health services where allowed by law.
