Job summary

CVS Health in Massachusetts is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Technician to support the pharmacy team in delivering safe and accurate prescription fulfillment, customer service, and compassionate care. You will follow SOPs, assist with inventory, and help ensure patient safety.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements, including age, education, and licensure/certification.
• If the state board does not mandate minimum age, candidate must be at least 16 years old.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures at each workstation for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide compassionate patient service at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone; assist with immunizations and other services as permitted.
• Complete basic inventory activities and perform cycle counts, returns-to-stocks, and waiting bin inventories.
• Contribute to a high-performing team and be receptive to feedback; expand clinical and technical knowledge.
• Remain flexible for scheduling and business needs; travel to stores in the market as needed.
