Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician in Massachusetts to support the pharmacy team in delivering high-quality patient care and efficient prescription fulfillment. This part-time role integrates into store operations, providing frontline patient service and collaboration with Pharmacists to ensure safety and accuracy in dispensing medications.

Responsibilities include assisting with immunizations when permitted, following SOPs, and maintaining inventory and patient communication.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements for pharmacy practice, including age, education and licensure
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; active enrollment in high school or equivalent is acceptable where applicable

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers and patients with empathy and professionalism
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
• Assist pharmacists and staff with immunizations and point-of-care testing where permitted
• Complete basic inventory tasks and ensure proper stock handling
• Maintain patient privacy and security in accordance with CVS policies
• Adapt to scheduling needs, including nights and weekends
• Deliver additional patient health services as trained and certified
