Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacy team in delivering accurate prescriptions and compassionate customer service across store operations. You will follow SOPs, assist with immunizations and clinical tasks where allowed, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while delivering a positive patient experience.

The role requires a pharmacy technician license or equivalent licensure, and 1-3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy technician license or state registration per state board requirements.
• 1-3 years experience as Pharmacy Technician preferred.
• Experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical or customer service setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Regular attendance and adherence to store policies and SOPs.
• Support pharmacy team in prescription filling and customer interactions.
• Assist with immunizations and other services where allowed by state regulations.
• Maintain accuracy in labeling, dosing, and inventory duties as directed by pharmacists.
• Provide empathetic, patient-centered service and escalate issues as needed.
