Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements including licensure/certification
• If the state board does not specify a minimum age, must be at least 16 years old
• Age and education requirements may vary by state; high school diploma or equivalent may be required
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends
• Follow SOPs and ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment
• Deliver empathetic customer service and assist patients in-store
• Assist with inventory, returns, and cycle counts as directed
• Support immunizations and point-of-care testing where allowed
• Travel to other stores in the market as needed
• Comply with all laws and CVS policies to protect patient privacy
• Contribute to a safe and inclusive team environment
