Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline support in pharmacy operations to ensure accurate and timely prescription fulfillment
• Assist with workflow procedures at various pharmacy stations (production, pick-up, drive-thru)
• Deliver compassionate customer service and create positive patient experiences
• Perform basic inventory tasks and assist with stock management as directed by leadership
• Participate in training to expand clinical and technical knowledge
• Be flexible with scheduling and willing to travel to stores within the market as needed
• Comply with all laws, regulations, and CVS policies to ensure patient safety and privacy
• Offer immunizations and point-of-care testing where permitted and trained to do so
