CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy teams in delivering safe and efficient prescription services in retail locations. You will help ensure accurate dispensing, assist patients, and uphold our standards for patient care and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to SOPs, and flexibility for shifting schedules and market travel to meet store needs.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy, including age, education, and licensure/certification.
• If the state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum age requirement, must be at least 16 years of age.
• If the state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum educational requirement, must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or be actively enrolled in high school or high school equivalency program.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Delivering patient experiences with empathy and genuine care in person, over the phone, and at drive-thru.
• Contributing to inventory activities and ensuring safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Adhering to SOPs and CVS policies to ensure patient safety and privacy.
• Willingness to travel to stores in the market to support business needs.
