Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Technician in Vienna, VA to support the pharmacy team in delivering safe, accurate prescriptions and caring service. You’ll assist with workflow, immunizations when trained, and provide empathetic care to patients while upholding SOPs and state regulations.

This role emphasizes flexible scheduling, teamwork, and ongoing learning as you help manage inventory, drive through patient interactions, and contribute to a positive patient experience across CVS

Qualifications

• 1-3 years previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting.
• Ability to work in the home store, and across the market in other locations, to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Follow SOPs and pharmacy workflow procedures for safe prescription fulfillment.
• Deliver empathetic patient service at pickup, drive-thru, and by phone.
• Assist with basic inventory and cycle counts, returns-to-stocks, and other stock handling.
• Remain flexible for scheduling and travel to stores as needed by the business.
• Comply with all relevant laws, CVS policies, and patient privacy requirements.
• Deliver immunizations and other health services when trained and permitted.
