Qualifications

• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Concentrate on tasks and maintain accuracy in prescription labeling.
• Provide friendly customer service and assist the pharmacy team.
• Communicate clearly with patients and colleagues.
• Use math to determine days’ supply and dispense quantities.
• Identify and resolve patient issues; escalate when needed.
• Lift and move items up to 20 lbs; stand for extended periods.
• Follow SOPs and CVS policies to ensure patient safety and privacy.
