Responsibilities

Assist pharmacists in daily operations and ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
Follow pharmacy workflow procedures at each workstation to maintain quality and safety.
Provide empathetic customer service, addressing patient needs at pick-up, drive-thru, or over the phone.
Support immunization services and point-of-care testing where allowed by law and training.
Complete basic inventory tasks and assist with receiving deliveries and cycle counts.
Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, regulations and CVS policies.
