Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is hiring a Pharmacy Technician to support the pharmacy team in delivering safe and efficient service within stores. You will assist with prescription fulfillment, customer interactions, and adherence to SOPs, ensuring accuracy and patient safety.

Required are state board requirements, possible licensure, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Immunization support may be provided where permitted by law, with thorough training and certification.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice.
• If the state board of pharmacy does not address a minimum age, must be at least 16 years old.
• If the state board of pharmacy does not address a minimum educational requirement, must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support the pharmacy team in safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Follow SOPs and pharmacy workflow procedures at each workstation.
• Provide empathetic, patient-focused service at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Complete basic inventory activities and cycle counts as directed by leadership.
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive team culture and comply with laws and CVS policies.
• Remain flexible for scheduling and travel across the market as needed.
