Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacy teams in New York. You will help ensure accurate prescription fulfillment, assist patients, and participate in immunization-related services at the store level.

Responsibilities include following SOPs, assisting with inventory and cycle counts, and maintaining compliant patient safety practices while delivering compassionate service across pickup, drive-thru, and call channels.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing practice, including licensure/certification and age limits.
• High school diploma or equivalent required (or actively enrolled).
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs and pharmacy workflow to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Assist pharmacists with patient interactions, immunizations, and services at pickup windows, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Support inventory and ensure timely processing of medication deliveries and cycle counts.
• Provide compassionate customer service and contribute to a safe, inclusive store environment.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and CVS policies.
