Job summary

CVS Health in the United States is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacy teams in delivering safe, accurate prescriptions and a compassionate patient experience in our retail stores. Technicians follow SOPs, assist with production, pickup, drive-thru and drop-off workflows, help immunizations and point-of-care services, and maintain inventory under the supervision of a Pharmacist.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Technician licensure/certification per state law.
• 1–3 years experience as Pharmacy Technician preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Assist pharmacists with prescription fulfillment, labeling, and accuracy.
• Support immunizations and point-of-care services where allowed.
• Contribute to inventory management and stock control.
• Provide empathetic patient service and help create a positive experience.
• Follow SOPs and maintain patient privacy and safety.
