Responsibilities

Follow SOPs at each workstation to assist Pharmacists in safe prescription management.
Support workflow procedures across production, pick-up, drive-thru, and drop-off for accurate fulfillment.
Provide empathetic customer service and assist patients, including immunizations when allowed by law.
Handle inventory tasks, returns-to-stocks, cycle counts, and proper storage of medications.
Remain flexible with scheduling and assist across stores as needed to meet business needs.
