Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is hiring a part-time Pharmacy Technician to support the pharmacy team in delivering safe and accurate prescriptions and exceptional patient service. You will follow SOPs, handle inventory, and assist with immunization-related tasks where permitted, while maintaining regulatory compliance.

The role requires regular attendance, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work across various store shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements and licensure/certification
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state
• 1–3 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Attend shifts regularly, including nights and weekends
• Complete required training within designated timeframe
• Follow SOPs and pharmacy workflow procedures for safe, accurate dispensing
• Provide empathetic customer service and assist patients at pickup, drive-thru and phone
• Assist with inventory tasks and proper stock management
• Be flexible to travel to stores in the market as needed
• Stay compliant with laws and CVS policies protecting patient privacy and safety
• Assist with immunizations or point-of-care testing where allowed
