Job summary

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Technician experience preferred 1–3 years.
• Experience in pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service is valued.
• Ability to work in home store and across market locations to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacy team to deliver operational and service excellence.
• Ensure prescription fulfillment is accurate and timely.
• Provide empathetic patient service at pick‑up and drive‑thru, and over the phone.
• Travel to stores in the market to cover shifts as needed.
• Adhere to SOPs, privacy and safety standards.
