Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a part-time Pharmacy Technician to support the pharmacy team in delivering safe, accurate prescriptions and exceptional patient service. You will assist with immunizations, inventory, and daily workflow within the store’s pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy.
• If the state board does not mandate a minimum age, candidate must be at least 16 years old.
• If the state board does not mandate a minimum educational requirement, must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Follow all company SOPs at each workstation to help pharmacists manage patient health.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Contribute to positive patient experiences by showing empathy and genuine care.
• Complete basic inventory activities and manage medication deliveries and cycle counts.
• Support immunizations and other pharmacy services as trained and permitted by law.
• Remain flexible for scheduling and work across stores as needed.
