Job summary

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements, licensure/certification for pharmacy practice.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or active enrollment in a program.
• State-level licensure and national certification vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy operations to ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Assist patients with empathy and service at pickup, drive-thru, and phone.
• Perform basic inventory tasks and follow SOPs under supervision.
• Assist with immunizations and point-of-care services where permitted.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and protect patient privacy and safety.
