Job summary

CVS Health in Texas is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy operations and patient care at our stores. You will assist pharmacists, help with prescription fulfillment, and deliver friendly, accurate service to patients and customers.

The role involves working within SOPs, regulatory compliance, and a training program to meet licensure requirements. Occasional travel to market stores and immunization support may be needed.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements and licensure/certification.
• Minimum age of 16 unless a state requirement states otherwise.
• High school diploma or equivalent or actively enrolled in high school.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Assist the pharmacy team to ensure accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic patient service at pickup, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Perform basic inventory tasks and stock control as directed.
• Protect patient privacy and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Willingness to travel to stores in the market to cover shifts.
