Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Pharmacy Technician to support the pharmacy team in delivering safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and excellent patient care in our Retail locations. You will assist with immunizations where permitted by law and help maintain a positive patient experience through empathetic interactions and adherence to SOPs.

This full‑time role requires eligibility for state licensure and national certification, with expected 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Assist pharmacists with safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic, high‑quality patient service at pick‑up, drive‑thru, and over the phone.
• Support immunizations and other services where allowed by law.
• Follow SOPs and maintain patient privacy and security.
