Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support the in-store pharmacy team with accurate prescription fulfillment and exceptional customer service. You will follow SOPs, assist in production, pick-up, drive-thru, and drop-off workflows, and help maintain inventory while providing empathetic patient care.

The role requires compliance with state regulations, licensing or certification prerequisites, and a willingness to complete required training and certifications as needed.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy, including age, education, and licensure/certification.
• If no minimum age is addressed, must be at least 16 years of age.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy team to deliver operational and service excellence in-store.
• Assist with safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and customer interactions.
• Follow SOPs and pharmacy workflow procedures at each workstation (production, pick-up, drive-thru, drop-off).
• Contribute to positive patient experiences with empathy and genuine care.
• Complete basic inventory activities and assist with stock management as directed.
