LucyRx in Plano, Texas is looking for a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy practice under the pharmacist-in-charge, greeting customers and processing prescriptions. You will maintain confidentiality, handle billing and third-party claims, perform dispensing tasks, and assist with inventory and front-store operations in a compliant manner.

Formación

• Active Texas Board of Pharmacy license in good standing.
• PTCB certification required.
• At least one year of retail or hospital outpatient experience.
• High school diploma; college credits preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and provide prompt courteous service.
• Process prescriptions, including labeling and dispensing under supervision.
• Assist with third-party claim resolution by phone.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA and policies.
• Perform front-store operations and ensure accuracy of transactions.
• Prepare medications for dispensing and shipping to clinics.
• Maintain inventory and temperature logs as required.
• Comply with federal/state laws and company procedures.
