Harris Teeter is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacists, assist with data entry and dispensing, and uphold HIPAA and safety standards. Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to handle highly confidential information
• Completion of national registration, certification or licensure

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist in all responsibilities except those that require a pharmacist’s professional judgement
• Provide stellar customer experience while accurately dispensing and completing steps of reception, data entry, adjudication, and product dispensing
• Maintain current national/state registration, certification or licensure
• Support non-dispensing services using various platforms and applications
• Perform post-fill audits to verify prescription information matches computer records
• Comply with HIPAA and safety regulations and company policies
