Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active registration with the OH Board of Pharmacy.
• PTCB certification and OH Board certification within 18 months of hire.
• ASHP accredited program graduate or licensed as a Pharmacy Intern or 6 months of pharmacy related experience.

Responsibilities

• Medication orders: unit dose preparation and delivery of patient-specific doses.
• Compounding non-sterile medications.
• Phone triage for outpatient pharmacy.
• Medical claims adjudication.
• Inventory management and interaction with dispensing systems.
