Job summary

Guardian Pharmacy of Columbus, LLC is seeking a Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician I to support prescription fulfillment under a Registered Pharmacist. You will verify orders, label packaging, and prepare medications for delivery while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED, pharmacy tech licensure, and 1+ year of related experience. This role emphasizes teamwork, inventory control, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED (per state requirements).
  • Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration (per state requirements).
  • National Certification preferred (PTCB).
  • 1+ years of related experience; technical knowledge may substitute.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare prescription orders by verifying information and pulling appropriate prescriptions from inventory.
  • Apply labels to medication packaging, scan and assemble into appropriate bins in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Alert pharmacist on duty of any medication that is not scanning properly.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory at appropriate levels, including removing expired or unused meds and keeping stock neat and organized.
  • Participate in training and development activities to gain proficiency in other Fulfillment workflow areas.
  • Communicate inventory needs to ensure adequate supply of medication to complete orders.
