Ernest Health, Inc. is seeking a Pharmacy Technician - Part Time to join Green Bay Rehabilitation Hospital in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

The 24 hours per week role supports pharmacists with drug retrieval, price-checking, restocking, and entering prescription information into the computer in a fast-paced inpatient rehab setting. The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent, state certification/registration preferred, and hospital experience; national certification (PTCB) is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; registered by State Board of Pharmacy preferred.
• Current state certification and registration with Board of Pharmacy preferred.
• Hospital experience preferred; national certification (PTCB) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Retrieves, counts, and measures drugs and assists Pharmacist with price-checking and restocking.
• Accesses, inputs, and retrieves prescription information from computer.
• Refers physicians' calls and any medical questions to pharmacist.
• Integrates the hospital’s mission and guiding principles into daily practice.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent unless registered by the State Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician


• Current state certification and registration with the Board of Pharmacy preferred


• Hospital experience preferred


• National certification (PTCB) preferred
