Qualifications

• Current license as a Registered Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Consult with nursing and medical staff on prescription orders, patient reactions, and errors or complaints.
• Conduct drug utilization reviews and prepare review criteria for medical staff approval.
• Monitor drug therapies as assigned and suggest alternatives as appropriate.
• Consult with physicians concerning financial risk management related to prescribing.
• Integrate the hospital's mission and guiding principles into daily practice.

Qualifications
