***This position is contingent upon contract award and will be located onsite in the southeast, southwest, or central United States. Travel will likely be required.***

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Document care delivered and follow-up care required for all Healthcare Providers (HCPs).
  2. Participate in meetings and task force groups to improve quality and outcomes, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems, and stay informed about new developments, tasks, and policies.
  3. Assist in managing daily activities and prioritizing tasks.
  4. Use personal computers to access email, electronic calendars, and basic office software.
  5. Comply with all applicable standards and guidelines.
  6. Maintain patient dignity and observe the American Hospital Association's Bill of Rights for patients.
  7. Perform other duties as assigned.
  8. Dispense prescription drugs and healthcare products to patients and authorized healthcare professionals, and perform pharmacy-related functions.
  9. Support the development of extended clinical pharmacy roles, ensure the security of prescription drugs, and manage pharmacy inventory.
Qualifications:
  • Completed a formal Pharmacy Technician training program leading to a diploma, certificate, or associate's degree.
  • At least two years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
  • Participate in training, including HIPAA training.
  • Maintain current CPR certification.
  • Recent clinical experience in patient care for at least 6 months within the past year.
Physical Requirements and Work Conditions:
  • Work primarily in an interior/office environment.
  • Sit and stand for prolonged periods.
