***This position is contingent upon contract award and will be located onsite in the southeast, southwest, or central United States. Travel will likely be required.***

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Document care delivered and follow-up care required for all Health Care Providers (HCPs).
2. Participate in meetings and task force groups to improve quality, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems, and stay informed on new developments, policies, and efforts.
3. Assist with managing daily activities and prioritizing tasks.
4. Use personal computer to access email, electronic calendars, and office support software.
5. Comply with all applicable standards and guidelines.
6. Maintain patient dignity and observe the American Hospital Association's Bill of Rights for patients.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.
8. Dispense prescription drugs and healthcare products, and perform pharmacy-related functions.
9. Assist pharmacists in developing extended clinical pharmacy roles, including independent prescribing by site Medical Directors and licensed staff. Ensure the security of prescription drugs and control pharmacy inventory.

Qualifications:

1. Complete a formal Pharmacy Technician training program leading to a diploma, certificate, or associate's degree.
2. At least two years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
3. Participate in training, including HIPAA training.
4. Maintain current CPR certification.
5. Recent clinical experience in patient care for at least 6 months within the past year for all healthcare providers and medical support staff.

Physical Requirements and Work Conditions:

1. Work is typically performed in an interior/office environment.
2. Work involves sitting and standing for prolonged periods.
