Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Working toward national technician certification.
• Vaccination certification required if administering vaccines.
• Previous experience as a pharmacy clerk preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers with a friendly smile and provide service.
• Accept new prescriptions and refills under supervision.
• Contact doctors for refills as needed.
• Prepare prescriptions and label containers for dispensing.
• Submit insurance claims and assist with billing.
• Stock supplies and maintain a clean pharmacy area.
• Maintain patient privacy in line with HIPAA.
• Assist pharmacists and support team as needed.
