Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service by greeting customers with a smile and learning their names.
• Assist with prescription processing and insurance billing under pharmacist supervision.
• Gather and maintain accurate patient information for prescriptions and help with labeling and mailing.
• Assist pharmacists in preparing prescription drug products and inspect for accuracy.
• Order, stock, and log pharmacy supplies; perform cash transactions; maintain HIPAA confidentiality.
