Job summary

PillPack, LLC is hiring a Certified Pharmacy Technician to support kiosk management and pharmacy operations. You will drive between pharmacy and kiosk locations, refill devices, and assist pharmacists with prescriptions while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

This role blends field travel with hands-on dispensing duties, requiring attention to detail, teamwork, and strong communication in a fast-paced Amazon Pharmacy environment in California.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in state of employment.
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of experience using computer and web-based tools.
• Valid and active driver's license.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to read English labeling.

Responsibilities

• Drive from physical Pharmacy locations to remote Pharmacy Kiosk locations with company vehicle.
• Refill Pharmacy Kiosks with medication, paper, clean machine, and collect discarded inventory.
• Prepare inventory shipments for Kiosk replenishment.
• Assist pharmacist in filling prescription items, as permitted by state board of pharmacy.
• Maintain a safe and clean pharmacy by following procedures and regulations.
• Transition Amazon Pharmacy orders through workflow stages from dispense to QC.
• Count and label prescription vials and package medications for dispensing.
• Pack and ship completed orders with proper labels on dispensers and boxes.
• Support Pharmacy Manager and staff in receiving, shipping, counting and packing.
• Work flexible shifts, possibly outside normal site hours.
