Job summary

PillPack, LLC is seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician to join our mission to simplify medication access and affordability. This role blends on-the-road kiosk support with in-pharmacy duties, preparing orders for shipping and refilling kiosks.

You will drive between pharmacy locations and kiosk sites, assist pharmacists, maintain equipment, and ensure accurate labeling and packaging. Eligible candidates must hold an active technician license and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in state of employment.
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of computer/web based tools experience.
• Valid and active driver's license.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to read and understand English labeling.

Responsibilities

• Drive from physical Pharmacy locations to remote Pharmacy Kiosk locations with company provided vehicle.
• Refill Pharmacy Kiosks with medication, paper, clean machine, and collect discarded inventory for return.
• Prepare inventory shipments for Kiosk replenishment.
• Assist pharmacist in filling prescription items, as permitted by state board of pharmacy.
• Maintain a safe and clean pharmacy by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
• Work daily with Leadership to ensure correct medications in orders.
• Run automated machinery to pre-sort and package medications.
• Fill exception trays with appropriate medication.
• Transition Amazon Pharmacy orders through workflow stages from dispense to quality control.
• Count and fill prescription vials and affix labels on bulk items.
• Pack and ship completed orders with appropriate labels.
• Sort and triage boxes to ship at the right time.
• Aid Pharmacy Manager and staff with receiving/shipping/counting/packing.
• Maintain equipment and work areas.
