Responsibilities

• Triage and answer phone calls and in-person requests within the department.
• Assist pharmacists and staff in preparing and packaging medications under supervision.
• Maintain pharmacy inventory and stock levels; place orders and verify receipt.
• Operate pharmacy automation and technology safely for daily activities.
• Ensure proper storage of medications and proper handling of controlled substances.
• Support timely medication delivery to patient care areas and restock cabinets.
