Cigna Health and Life Insurance Company is seeking a Pharmacy Technician Lead for Accredo Specialty Pharmacy in Whitestown, IN. This role ensures efficient order fulfillment, staff coordination, and inventory management on a Monday–Friday schedule from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM EST.

The Lead will mentor teammates, drive Lean initiatives, and support training needs while maintaining high accuracy and safety in pharmacy operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6+ months in a leadership role within a pharmacy setting.
• Pharmacy technician license in Indiana is required.
• Strong math, computer, and Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily workload distribution and monitor workflow in Accredo Pharmacy.

As a **Lead Pharmacy Technician** on our team you will be responsible for the distribution of workload and monitoring of workflow for members to ensure assigned work is completed timely and accurately.* Assist in coordinating and monitoring daily workflow in the pharmacy. Step in to assist lead technicians.* Participate in Lean and Continuous Improvement efforts internal and external to the department.
