Pima Medical Institute is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician Lead Instructor for our Denver campus. The role combines hands-on classroom teaching with program leadership and mentorship to shape the next generation of healthcare professionals.

You will design lessons, oversee curriculum and labs, lead advisory board activities, mentor new instructors, and support student placement and outcomes while maintaining work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an institution accredited by USDE or CHEA.
• Graduate of an ASHP/ACPE-accredited Pharmacy Technician program or equivalent.
• CPhT certificate or Pharmacist license in good standing as required by Colorado law.
• Current membership in at least one national and one state pharmacy organization.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging lesson plans meeting curriculum objectives.
• Oversee curriculum implementation, lab standards, and instructional quality.
• Lead Advisory Board meetings and faculty meetings to ensure high standards for student outcomes.
• Review textbooks and course materials; mentor new faculty.
