• Requires High School diploma or equivalent.
• Current Pharmacy Technician Certification in the state of practice.
• Ability to perform data entry accurately and handle patient information securely.
• Proficient with Windows-style applications and keyboard.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient care interactions.
• Willingness to travel between facilities and support a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Fills medication orders, charges/credits all medication, stocks, delivers, and inspects areas.
• Prepares IV admixtures and extemporaneous compounds and enters orders into the computer system.
• Maintains competency in professional growth and responsibilities.
• Adapts communication to diverse patient populations and schedules.
• Performs related clerical duties and greets nurses and physicians at the Pharmacy window.
• Ensures customer service and teamwork in daily duties.
