Summary
Learn to become a Pharmacy Technician. Become proficient in a variety of medication recording and preparation tasks, as well as other duties in support of pharmacy operations. Receive support and training in becoming a pharmacy technician trainee and then a registered pharmacy technician.
Note: Must apply for Pharmacy Technician in Training Licensure prior to start date, as required by the Massachusetts Pharmacy Board of Registration. Must be registered with the state and pass a Board-approved pharmacy technician registration examination within the mandatory time period of minimum 500 hours and maximum of 1500 hours or for more than one year, whichever period is shorter per 247 CMR.
