Genoa Healthcare, part of Optum, is hiring a Pharmacy Technician to support the mental health and specialty pharmacy, primarily dispensing prescriptions and handling clerical tasks under the supervision of a Registered Pharmacist.

Located at Mid-State Health Center, 100 Robie Rd, Bristol, NH, the role offers Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm. Join a collaborative team focused on compliant, accurate patient care and service delivery.

Qualifications

Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in New Hampshire.
Access to reliable transportation.
6+ months of Pharmacy and prescription data entry experience.

Responsibilities

Provides exceptional customer service to all consumers and clinic staff.
Fills prescription orders under direct supervision of the Registered Pharmacist.
Orders, receives and stores incoming pharmacy supplies.
Receives and processes wholesaler medication orders.
Maintains inventory records by verifying stock and data entry.
Assists the Pharmacist with pharmacy functions and regulatory compliance.
Performs various clerical duties for the department.
Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing.
Performs other duties as assigned.
