Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy teams in delivering safe, accurate prescriptions and compassionate customer care. You will assist with inventory, follow SOPs, and help patients at pickup, drive-thru, and by phone, while maintaining compliance with all laws and CVS policies.

The role requires state licensure/certification as applicable, and successful completion of training. Flexibility to travel across stores may be required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements for pharmacy practice.
• Minimum education includes a high school diploma or equivalent.
• State-level licensure and national certification vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Attend regularly, including weekends, to support store operations.
• Follow SOPs and pharmacy workflow to ensure safe, accurate prescriptions.
• Deliver empathetic customer service at pickup, drive-thru, and phone.
• Assist with basic inventory tasks and stocking per policy.
• Travel between stores in the market as needed by the business.
• Adhere to regulations and CVS policies to protect patient privacy.
