Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is hiring a Pharmacy Technician to support the pharmacy team in delivering safe, accurate prescriptions and caring service in-store. You will follow SOPs, assist with immunizations where permitted, and help maintain inventory while prioritizing patient safety and experience.

This role requires state licensure/certification and periodic training; flexibility to travel within the market supports store coverage and patient access to care.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy.
• If the state board does not address a minimum age, candidate must be at least 18 years old.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Follow SOPs and pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Deliver empathetic customer service and accurate prescription fulfillment while assisting patients.
• Assist with basic inventory activities and pharmacy leadership-directed tasks.
• Support immunizations and vaccine-related services where allowed by law and training.
