Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is hiring Pharmacy Technicians to support our store pharmacy teams in delivering safe and patient-centered service. You will help ensure accurate dispensing, follow SOPs, and assist with immunizations where permitted by law and training.

You will interact with patients and teammates, maintain inventory, and uphold privacy and safety standards while balancing workload across shifts. A state license and technician certification are required where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements and licensure/certification rules.
• High School diploma or equivalent required; active enrollment acceptable where permitted.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy team to ensure safe, accurate and timely prescription fulfillment.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures and SOPs at all workstation(s).
• Assist patients with empathy, answers to questions and referrals to the Pharmacist-on-duty.
• Assist with immunizations and other services where allowed by law and training.
• Maintain accuracy in labeling, dispensing, inventory and cycle counts; protect patient privacy and safety.
