Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Technician for an on-site role at Highland Park. You will support the pharmacy team to fill prescriptions accurately and deliver caring service to patients at pickup, drive-thru, and over the phone.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in a pharmacy or retail setting, with high school diploma or equivalent and state licensure/certification as applicable. Willingness to travel within the market and participate in required training is expected.

Qualifications

• Must meet state board requirements for pharmacy practice.
• If state requires, must be 16+ years old with high school diploma or equivalent.
• State licensure and national certification vary by state.
• 1–3 years of prior Pharmacy Technician experience recommended.
• Experience in retail, medical, or customer service settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacy team to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Deliver empathetic customer service at pickup, drive-thru and phone.
• Perform basic inventory activities and cycle counts as directed.
• Support immunizations and point-of-care testing where allowed by law.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
